Q:  How are the plants prepared for shipment?

A:  When plants are sent abroad (not Cyprus), we bare root them 8unless otherwise specified in the product’s page), carefully wrap them and package them so that they are not damaged during transit.

For orders from Cyprus we package them as they are (no need to bare root them).

Q:  What shipping methods do you use?

A:  For orders from Cyprus we use one of the express parcel delivery companies.  Orders in other countries are shipped by the method chosen by you when placing your order.

Q:  What if my package is lost?

A:  We do not take responsibility for packages that are sent by normal airmail, after the client has chosen so.  However, we will trace any lost packages that are sent by registered mail or courier service.

Q:  How many days before by order is shipped?

A:  From the day your order is received, the latest until is prepared will be five working days
